Fan of Brigitte Bardot ? Good news, a TV series based on her life is on its way. This 6 episode programme directed by Daniele Thompson and her son Christopher focuses on BB's youth (15 to 25 years old) and will be broadcasted on French TV channel France 2.

The decade 1949-1959 was particularly rich for the actress. She started with the cover of ELLE magazine at 15, married the movie director Roger Vadim at 18, played with Bourvil, appeared in an american movie, and in an italian one too, and then at 22 years old, she became an international sensation following the release of the movie "And God created Woman" (directed by Roger Vadim).

The actress who will play the French icon has not been unveiled yet, but it's been announced that she's not known by the general public.
